Registration

Registration for the 25-26 school year is going on now!  Many programs are filling up fast.  The following programs are full and a waiting list has been started: Kingsfield, Molino Park, NB Cook, Pine Meadow.

UPDATE: If you have submitted your registration May 5th-May 7th, you should receive an email by the end of the week letting you know if you got a spot in our program.

How to Register

Registration is online!  There is a $20 registration fee per child due to complete the registration process (new families will not be able to pay the registration fee initially – please wait until we reach out to you after receiving your registration information for instructions) .  We accept Visa and MasterCard payments only.  We process all registrations in the order in which they are received.  Our rates are subject to change with each school year.  Rates are approved each year by the Escambia County School Board and then announced in July for the upcoming year.  Please refer to our current rates listed in our Parent Handbook (found at the bottom of this page) or on our Rates page of our website.

New Families: Once submitted, you will automatically receive a summary email of your submitted information which confirms your registration has been sent to us and is in pending status awaiting our review.  If too many registrations are submitted, your child may be added to our waiting list.  Once we review your registration and confirm a spot is available, you can expect to receive an email with instructions as to how to pay your registration fee using our Parent Portal, MyProcare.com AND if we are missing any required information, this will also be asked of you in the email.   Once registration is complete, you will receive a final registration email that confirms your child’s enrollment!

Tips to Avoid Delays:

  • Complete all required fields!  The most commonly overlooked area is the emergency contacts.  We require at least 2 emergency contacts in addition to the parents/guardians.  Click “+Add New Relationship” during the online registration process to add new authorized pickup individuals.
  • You will NOT have access to add or modify emergency pickups online once the registration form has been submitted. So it is best to gather this information beforehand so its handy and easy to add.
  • If you plan to register multiple children, you should register all children at the same time to avoid delays.  Once your initial new family registration has been submitted, the system will not allow you to resubmit another new family registration packet, add children, or make changes without contacting us first.

Please note: If you have ever submitted registration to us before even if your child did not end up attending, you may already have an account!  In this case, the system will recognize your email and you will automatically be sent to our Parent Portal, MyProcare.com to register.  If you find this to be your situation and you know you will need to register another child to your pre-existing account, you will need to contact us with your child’s name and date of birth so we can add them to your account before you will be able to register them online. Logging in for the first time is easy!  Enter your email address and retrieve the confirmation code in your email to setup your password and login to your account.  If your email address has changed, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone (850) 479-7814 to assist you with this change. 

Re-Registration: Login to MyProcare.com using your email you provided us.  If you’ve never logged in before, the first time you login, you will be prompted to retrieve a confirmation code from your email address we have on file and create a password.  We must have your email in our system in order for you to login.  Once submitted you will receive an automatic email confirmation of the information you submitted and your registration is in pending status.  As we review your registration, we will reach out to you if we have any questions or if you are missing any required information.  Once your registration is approved, you will receive a final registration email to confirm your child’s enrollment! If registering a new child from your family who has never been enrolled with us before, please contact us with their name and date of birth so we can add them to your account and then you’ll be able to enroll them online too! 

Scholarship Information

We offer scholarship options!  All scholarships are processed in the order in which they are received.   There is limited availability.

Early Bird Scholarship – offers discounted tuition to families who can pickup by 4 pm daily.  Click here to download the application!  Completed Early Bird Scholarship applications can be submitted to [email protected].

Details: Applications for the upcoming school year will be accepted once registration begins. When all scholarships are awarded, a scholarship waiting list will be started. You must be enrolled in order to be added to our scholarship waiting list. New scholarships are awarded as scholarships become available throughout the year. Once you have been awarded an Early Bird scholarship, the scholarship will automatically continue as long as you re-register before the last day of school for the upcoming school year.   New Early Bird Scholarships are awarded in June for the upcoming school year and notified via the email address on file.

Creative Scholarship – offers discounted tuition to employed families of low income.  Click here to download the application!  The most secure way to get us your information is to deliver it to our administrative office located at 9510 Chandler Street Pensacola, FL 32534.  While it is not advised, if you choose to email it to us, please send it to [email protected].

Details: Fall 2025 applications will be accepted starting July 15, 2025. Must reapply every semester.  Family’s gross income must be at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Parents or guardians must work at least 20 hours per week. Read the application for more information and the list of required documentation.
